Coming from a food background where the bigger the better is not actually always the case , I prefer to have smaller amazing dishes presented beautifully. So yes you now know already a Wigan pie, chips and mushy peas is not for me. Only maybe after a few too many cocktails, but we won’t talk about that!
I met my husband 19 years ago, while working on the cruise ships in the Caribbean. The food for the staff while working away was not up my street, imagine fish eyeballs and not caviar.. So I was looking forward to explore and eat in as many countries as I could and looked up restaurants to visit.
